Well as far as live albums go from d:boys we all thought we'd
seen the best of delirious? and heard them at their best on their
previous live albums. How wrong we were! Yet again delirious?
have stretched live worship to further regions and atmospheres.
Access:d is an excellent album featuring 20 of our favourite tracks
from they years gone by and some spontaneous worship parts which
show how the lads haven't gone off the rails and let rock and
roll take over their relationships with God.
I suppose an album like access:d is an inspiration, for want
of a better word!, to many. The songs aren't just songs, they
are anthems and certain stadium chants! But they are also well
crafted worship songs to God. Years ago people said that Christians
couldn't play rock and roll music without being evil but these
guys sure prove that theory wrong!
Anyway, the album! The atmosphere captured on the 2-disc set
is the kind of stuff that makes your hair on the back of your
neck stand on end, when you hear in the background thousands of
Christians [and non-christians of course!] chanting the words.
It immediately takes me back to all the special d:moments throughout
the years.
